Every booth is a white-walled U-shape (side wall, back wall, side wall) with walls 2.4 m high. All prices are in EUR.

Extras such as spotlights, chairs, tables, power sockets, plasma screens and promotions must be booked when you apply, nothing can be hired on the day. Power is only available if you hire it from us, so please do not plug in your own equipment. We recommend 1 spotlight per metre of wall. Choosing your own booth location is an extra €125, otherwise the curators will place you. Card and PayPal payments carry a 6.7% fee.

Secure Your Booth Before Prices Rise
Booths for TIAF 2027 are moving. Here's what's on the table right now:
- Early bird pricing: Apply before 15th October 2026 to secure early bird pricing.
- Limited availability: A significant share of TIAF 2027 booths are already booked, floor space is allocated on a first-approved basis.
- Low-risk application: There is a one-off €150 application fee, refunded in full within 48 hours if you are not accepted.
- Hard deadline: All applications must be submitted by 1 May 2027. Once the floor is full, applications close early regardless of date.

Common Questions
Who is TIAF 2027 for?
Established artists with an existing sales record and galleries representing exhibiting artists. Entry is by strict selection, so this is not designed for first-time exhibitors with no prior sales history.
How much does exhibiting cost?
Wall space starts at €1,275 and booths run from €2,495 to €5,945. Digital Art Showcase placement is €775 for 2 artworks or €995 for 4. All prices are in EUR and are shown on the floor plan above.
How do I pay, and when?
There is a one-off €150 application fee, refunded in full within 48 hours if you are not accepted. If you are accepted, 50% of your booking fee is due within 10 days and the balance before August 2027. Payment plans are available on request by email. All payments are non-refundable.
Do you take any commission on sales?
No. Zero commission: 100% of everything you sell at TIAF 2027 goes to you. The sale is directly between you and the buyer.
What work can I show?
Painting, illustration, collage, mixed media, limited edition art, photography and sculpture. All work must be original and by a living artist. The curators look at technique, concept, message, style and originality.
What if I cannot attend in person?
You can send a representative to look after your work, or choose the Digital Art Showcase, where your artworks are shown on a high-definition screen at the fair. If you can attend, we recommend you do.
Can I ship my art to Tokyo?
Yes. Sakura Group recommends StarFreight for shipping. Work cannot be posted to the venue in advance, and you are responsible for insuring your own work and for any import taxes.
What if I need to cancel?
All payments are non-refundable, and cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale as the event gets closer. We recommend taking out your own exhibition insurance. Read the full terms before you apply.
What's the application deadline?
1 May 2027, but the fair can close sooner because places are limited. You will hear back within 2-3 working days of applying, and a booking is only confirmed once payment is received.
